This is an appeal by Linda Hines, a minor, and Dependent School District No. 21, Grant County, Oklahoma (plaintiffs below) from an order and judgment sustaining the demurrer of Independent School District No. SO, Grant County, Oklahoma (defendant below) to plaintiffs’ amended petition.
