According to the verified complaint, plaintiff is an association whose membership consists of several “groups” and more than one thousand individuals. Its purpose is the promotion of air pollution control. Defendant Roth-Adam Fuel Company is a coal-selling corporation doing business in Illinois, and defendant Chicago Coal Merchants Association is a voluntary association representing retailers engaged in the sale of coal in Illinois.
