Before the Court is Plaintiff Lisa Fleet-wood’s Motion to Reverse and/or Remand the denial of her minor child C.F.’s application for Supplemental Security Income *201(“SSI”) under the Social Security Act (“the Act”). (ECF No. 8). Carolyn W. Colvin, Commissioner of Social Security, moves to dismiss, arguing that the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) correctly rejected the minor child’s application. (ECF No. 14).
