Plaintiff Konstantin Shvartser and his adult daughter, defendant Evelina Lekser, jointly own real property in Washington, D.C. They are embroiled in an acrimonious dispute, and they contest nearly all of the details about how they came, to acquire the property, which party has breached their obligations with respect to, the property, and who has defrauded whom.
