Respondent commenced an action against appellant alleging' an oral partnership between the parties in the printing and basket making business and grounds for the dissolution of the partnership. The complaint set forth that certain property, including certain patents, belonged to the partnership and prayed for the dissolution of the partnership, an accounting and the appointment of a receiver.
