BURNETT, Judge.

This case arises from the ill-fated lease of a ranch in Lincoln County. The landlords, Gary and Donna Hibbard, have appealed a judgment entered for the tenant, Marcos Galindo, upon his complaint that the landlords breached the lease. The principal issues are (1) whether the district court correctly ruled that the tenant had been wrongfully evicted; and, if so, (2) whether there was sufficient, properly admitted evidence to support a jury’s award of damages to the tenant. We affirm the judgment entered upon the verdict.
