On October 2, 2014, Saul Hillel Benjamin (“plaintiff’ or “Benjamin”) filed suit against The Epiphany School of Global Studies (“Epiphany”), Nicholas' Sparks Foundation (“Foundation”), " Nicholas Sparks (“Sparks”), Melissa Blackerby (“Blackerby”), Tracey Lorentzen (“Lorent-zen”.), and McKinley Gray (“Gray”) (collectively, “defendants”).
