Kearney, MD, PLLC (“Plaintiff’) initiated this -action in state court against Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (“BCBSNC” or “Defendant”), alleging various violations of North Carolina law and seeking declaratory and injunctive relief. Defendant removed the action to this Court, on the basis of federal question jurisdiction.
