—In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 75 to stay arbitration, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (DiNoto, J.), entered March 18, 1993, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with one bill of costs to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
After being denied satisfaction from steps one and two of a three-step grievance procedure, the respondent Judy Steigerwald individually demanded arbitration (step three) of her claim against the petitioner. We agree with the petitioner…
