Mandamus. Alternative writ issued by the Circuit Court of Jackson County. Peremptory writ awarded. Relator and respondents will be referred to as plaintiff and defendants, respectively. Defendants appealed.

Plaintiff seeks to compel Kansas City to pay $2500, claimed to be due for fire patrol and salvage corps service (hereinafter referred to as patrol) rendered to the citizens of said city.
