The appeal here involved is from a judgment in an action of interpleader commenced by the administrators of the estate of Louis B. Greenfield in the Superior Court of the City and County of San Francisco on April 12, 1935. At the time this action was commenced said administrators deposited with the clerk of said court the sum of $12,549.60 admittedly due on an allowed claim presented against said estate by A. W.
