This action was brought under section 951 of the Civil Code, to obtain a judgment for the value of a bull, for that the defendant corporation, operating a railroad within the state of Montana, so negligently managed its locomotive and cars that the same ran against and over said bull and killed and destroyed the same, to the damage of plaintiff in the sum of $100. The statute provides: “Sec. 951.
