OPINION BY

JOHNSON, J.:

¶ 1 The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania appeals the trial court’s order dismissing all charges against defendant Chamar Withrow following the failure of the Commonwealth to disclose the identity of the confidential informant who corroborated police testimony that implicated Withrow in the sale of cocaine. The Commonwealth argues that Withrow failed to demonstrate any need for disclosure of the informant’s identity and that the informant would be needlessly endangered by such disclosure.
