OPINION AND ORDER
LAFFITTE, District Judge.
This is a diversity action involving, in the main, allegations of breach of contract and tortious interference with contractual relations. Plaintiff seeks injunctive relief and damages. At oral argument on plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction, the Court suggested consolidating the motion with a hearing on the merits limited to the issue of permanent injunctive relief.
