Appellant, as trustee in bankruptcy of the Miami Sign Company, a company engaged in the outdoor advertising business, formerly the E. B. Elliott Advertising Company, brought suit against the following individuals and corporations to set aside certain transactions between the bankrupt and the defendants and to recover assets alleged to have been transferred in fraud of the creditors, to wit: E.
