Scanlon, guardian of Wladyslaw Wszolek, for certification by the probate court under RSA 547:30 of certain questions of law arising from a petition of Doris Dulak objecting to the allowance of her first and final account. Upon an agreed statement of facts the following questions of law were reserved and transferred by Copadis, J.
