This is an appeal by Carl Heppe, Perry Arnold and E. L. Thornton from a judgment of the circuit court of Tazewell county quashing a writ of certiorari brought to test the validity of the detaching of territory from school district 85 and attaching the same to school district No. 86, in that county.
