This case is before the Court on the plaintiffs’ motion for partial summary judgment on Counts One, Two, and Three of their complaint to recover property of the debtors in possession and for other relief. The plaintiffs (“IH”) provide English language instruction programs in Japan and Brazil. Western Publishing Company, Inc. (“Western”) produces and prints certain of IH’s instructional materials.
