CONTIE, District Judge.
The above captioned cause of action is before this Court on an appeal from the determination of Bankruptcy Court on December 10, 1975 which allowed appellee Blazon Flexible Flyer, Inc. (hereinafter Blazon) to continue operation of its business by using its accounts receivable and inventory which had previously been assigned to appellant Citicorp Business Credit, Inc.
