STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On August 24, 1984, Macon Prestressed Concrete Co., a/k/a MPC, Debtor, filed its petition with this Court under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. A committee of unsecured creditors (Creditors’ Committee) was appointed by the Court on September 4, 1984. On February 28, 1986, R. Wayne Duke (Movant), an unsecured creditor of Debtor, filed a “Motion for Conversion to Chapter 7.” Notices of Movant’s motion to convert were mailed to all parties in interest, and six objections to the motion to convert were received.
