MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
SAVAGE, District Judge.
In this securities case removed from the state court pursuant to the bankruptcy removal statute, 28 U.S.C. § 1452(a), we must determine whether it is related to the bankruptcy of a non-party with whom the defendants have an indemnification agreement. If it is not related, it must be remanded.
Because this action does not trigger the bankrupt debtor’s liability under the agreement, any potential indemnification claims have not accrued. Until they do, if ever, the prosecution of this lawsuit does not effect the bankruptcy. Therefore, the case shall be…
