This is an appeal from a decree of the Probate Court allowing an instrument as the last will and testament of Nannie E. Wyman. The evidence is reported. The sole contest relates to the due execution of the instrument, the appellant contending that the signature thereto was forged.
The case was heard in the Probate Court and a decree entered allowing the will. On appeal to this court the decree was reversed and the case ordered “to stand for further hearing.” Preston v.
