* Writ of error granted. This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in the county court of Wilbarger county, Tex., in a condemnation proceeding, wherein the commissioners' court and the county court of said county undertook to condemn a right of way for a federal-aided state highway through appellant's farm, which consists of about 100 acres situated in said county and lying about three miles west of the town of Vernon, the county seat thereof.
