OPINION OF THE COURT BY
GALBRAITH, J.
This is an action for divorce on the statutory grounds of' cruelty and habitual intemperance. The Circuit Court found that the evidence was “quite conflicting” and that the libellant-had failed to make out his case and dismissed the libel. An exception was saved to the decision of the Circuit Court as well as to other rulings in sustaining general objections to-*314certain questions propounded to witnesses during the bearing.
