Appellant Temporary Alternatives, Inc., d/b/a dmDickason Personnel Services of EL Paso (“dmDickason” or “Appellant”), seeks interlocutory review of the trial court’s denial of its motion to stay proceedings and compel arbitration against a for mer employee who filed suit in district court.
