ERICKSTAD, Judge.

This is an appeal by the defendant Ervin Svihla from an order of the District Court of Grand Forks County which found the defendant in contempt of court.

This order arose out of the violation by the defendant of a judgment which the plaintiff had secured and which read, in part, as follows:

“That the defendant pay to the plaintiff for the support of said minor children the sum of $100.00 per month payable in semi-monthly installments of $50.00 each commencing on the 15th day of April, 1962, and thereafter on the 1st and 15th day of each and every month until further order of…
