OPINION

HORN, Judge.

The motions currently before this court are plaintiffs’ motions for certification as a class of approximately 340 GS-1810 diversion investigators, employed by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). Plaintiffs seek recovery of overtime compensation from the United States government pursuant to the Federal Employees’ Compensations Act (“FECA”), codified in scattered sections of 5 U.S.C. (1988) and/or the Federal Law Enforcement Pay Reform Act of 1990, Pub.L. No. 101-509, tit. IV, 104 Stat. 1389, 1465, as amended by Pub.L. No. 102-378, § 3(5)-(9), 106 Stat. 1356 (“FLEPRA”). The…
