McGINLEY, Judge.
In this case, we are presented with two appeals from an order of the State Board of Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons (Board). We shall affirm the Board.
On May 24, 1985, trailer manufacturer Trailmobile, Inc. (Trailmobile) entered into a non-exclusive dealer agreement with Tri-State Trailer Sales, Inc. (Tri-State). The area covered by the agreement included specified counties of Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.
