Walker Pontiac, Inc. (Walker) and GVM Pontiac-GMC, Inc. (GVM) (collectively, Protesting Dealers) 1 petition this court for review of an order of the State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons (Board). The Board’s order dismissed a protest to the relocation of Bob Cochran Motors, Inc., trading as Bock and Walters (Cochran) from a location in Oakdale to Robinson Township; both locations are in Allegheny County.
