OPINION

DIMOND, Senior Justice.

This is an appeal from a superior court order granting the defendants partial summary judgment on the antitrust claims of the plaintiffs third amended complaint. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the superior court’s decision.

I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
