Appellant, St. Louis County, appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County granting respondent’s, Barbara Sansone’s 1 motion for a new trial on *17the issue of damages in this action for personal injuries. We affirm in part and reverse and remand for a new trial in part.
