RAY, Judge.
Cristopher Criswell was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, less safe (OCGA § 40-6-391 (a) (1)). He moved to suppress the evidence regarding statements he made to police officers and evidence related to the administration or refusal of any field sobriety tests or State-administered chemical breath tests. After a hearing, the trial court granted his motion in part.
