{¶ 1} Appellant, John Zelina, appeals from the judgment of the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas that granted the motion for summary judgment of appellee, Phyllis Hillyer. We affirm.

{¶ 2} The parties met in 1991 at the American Slovak Club where Hillyer was working as a bartender and Zelina as a manager. At that time, Zelina was married, and Hillyer was recently widowed.
