The plaintiff is a recipient of public assistance under the program known as aid to dependent children, hereinafter called A.D.C. General Statutes §§ 17-85 — 17-105. As a result of a modification of such assistance, she made a request for a fair hearing as provided for in § 17-2a. A fair hearing was held and the modification was affirmed.
