ROGERS, Justice.
These suits, which were consolidated by agreement of the parties, were brought to annul, for error induced by misrepresentation and, alternatively, for lesion beyond moiety, two deeds to immovable property in Caddo parish, and to recover for each of the plaintiffs an undivided one-tenth interest in the property. The judgments of the court below, which were in accordance with plaintiffs’ alternative demand, annulled the deeds attacked, but reserved to F. E. Gloyd, the defendant, the right at his election to supplement the price for the property in the sum of $944.12 to each…
