DAVIS, Justice.

Plaintiff-appellee, Merle Lewis Tirado, sued the appellant-defendant, Tom Vick Tirado, for a divorce, for partition of their community property, and asked that their separate properties be set aside to each of them. The appellant filed a cross-action but later decided not to contest the divorce. The trial court referred the issues as to the extent and nature of their separate property as well as the community property to a Master in Chancery, F. T. Baldwin, hereinafter referred to as Master.
