HILL, Justice.

[T1] Appellant, Cyril K. Richard (Husband), seeks review of an order of the district court that denied his motion for relief from the decree of divorcee entered by the district court. That motion was filed pursuant to W.R.C.P. 60(b) 1 and Wyo. Stat. Ann § 1-16- 401 (LexisNexis 2007) 2 .
