The plaintiffs, who were engaged in gathering crude turpentine and manufacturing it into spirits and rosin, brought suit against the Savannah, Florida and Western Railway Company for failing to deliver to them the worm of a turpentine still which they had shipped by their road, from Savannah to Lumber City, on the East Tennessee, Virginia and Georgia Railroad.
