CONGER, District Judge.
There are two petitioners here asking for relief with respect to two properties now occupied and used by the debtor. While there are two proceedings they were heard and argued together, and one opinion will suffice for both.
The two properties involved are 1485 and 1485% Broadway, New York City. The debtor occupied and the Trustee, hereinafter referred to, now occupies the two said adjoining premises in connection with an adjoining property, which it owns on 43rd Street, as a single unit for the operation of a single restaurant.
