FACTS
On June 16, 1981, the debtor, Price Chopper Supermarkets, Inc., filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (“Code”). 1 The debtor then operated two discount supermarkets in San Diego County, employing members of Local 1222 of the Retail Clerks International Union, AFL-CIO (“union”).
