THOMAS, District Judge.

This matter is now before the court on objections to the report of the special master, recommending the rejection of a certain lease.

In this proceeding for corporate reorganization, instituted under the provisions of section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act (11 USCA § 207), the debtor filed its petition seeking an order' directing the rej ection of the lease between it as tenant, and Madison-Belmont Corporation, as landlord. The lease was made in 1925, and it affects property on Madison avenue and 34th street, in the city of New York. It expires April 20, 1945, and provides…
