Defendant-appellant, Andre I. Payne, appeals the judgment of the Seneca County Common Pleas Court following a jury trial finding him guilty of two counts of felonious assault in violation of R.C. 2903.11(A)(2). Appellant sets forth two grounds for his appeal.
