GODFREY, Justice.
Claimant Christine Hardy brings this consolidated appeal from two pro forma judgments entered in Superior Court (Penobscot and Aroostook Counties), affirming the denial by the Workers’ Compensation Commission of her two petitions for further compensation. The first sought an award of further compensation for total incapacity against Hardy’s Trailer Sales, Inc. as the result of a work-related injury received on August 5, 1976.
