The employer, Colonial Acres Nursing Home, and its insurance carrier, St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company, appeal from a pro forma decree entered by the Superior Court, Kennebec County, which upheld a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission awarding the worker, Charlotte Mailman, compensation for partial incapacity.
