delivered the opinion of the court:
At a hearing before the circuit court of Lake County on May 23, 1977, the respondent was found to be a “person in need of mental treatment” under the provisions of the Mental Health Code of 1967 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 91½, par. 1—1 et seq.). He was ordered hospitalized at the Downey Veteran’s Administration hospital. The cause was also continued to June 20, 1977, at which time further testimony was taken. The respondent was found to be in need of further treatment and he was returned to Downey.
