Hoskins v. Rochester Savings & Loan Ass'n

The defendant is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, and having its home office at Rochester, in that State. While doing business in this State, and on January 31, 1895, complainant Alexander Hoskins made application to it for a loan of $300, to be secured by bond and mortgage on the real estate therein described.
