There is testimony in this case from which the jury might have found, had they been given the opportunity, that, while in his answer to the question accompanying the proposal of his name for membership the deceased stated that he was a “polisher” (which was not necessarily within the term “metal polisher”), he was in fact at that time engaged in the occupation of a “professional metal polisher,” a prohibited occupation.
