Intelligent Electronics, Inc. (IE), and The Future Now, Inc. (TFN), appeal from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County entered on jury verdicts for the respondent, Harold Rice, awarding him $925,073.10 against IE and $1,264,454.97 against TFN on his breach of contract claims brought “on behalf of EPT Cadre, Ltd.” (EPT), which the jury found was owned equally by the respondent and Todd Bol.
