Appellants, Union Pacific Railroad Company (individually “Union Pacific”) and National Railroad Passenger Corporation d/b/a Amtrak (individually “Amtrak”) (collectively “Defendants”), appeal from the judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, following a jury trial, entered in favor of Respondent, Curtis Burrows (“Plaintiff’).
