Official Referee. The facts are entirely without dispute and are as follows:

On November 21, 1923, Frank L. Hall, then being fifty-nine years of age, made an application in writing to the Prudential Insurance Company of America for two policies covering his life for $15,000 each, and again on the 26th day of November, 1923, he made an application in writing for an additional policy on his life in the sum of $15,000.
